Casey VanDyke is a Jacksonville, Florida-based conceptual artist working with photography, painting, printmaking, and music. His artwork examines subversion, communication, and self-identity, as he creates spontaneous yet deliberate compositions through different combinations of materials and mediums.
VanDyke draws from Surrealism, Neo-Dadaism, and Expressionism to create his personal documentary work. Inspired by the environment around him, he filters the chaos he is exposed to and juxtaposes elements of reality with surrealism using mixed media practices.
VanDyke’s artwork Has been exhibited in galleries including:
Atlantic Center for the Arts, New Smyrna Fl,  The Museum of Contemporary Art, Jacksonville Florida; the Lufrano Intercultural Gallery; and the University of North Florida Gallery of Art in Jacksonville, Florida. His artwork has also been published in Folio Weekly Magazine. Several of his mixed media pieces were featured in a group show held by CONS X Zumiez: Connect Stand Out in Broadway, New York.
VanDyke earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of North Florida in 2021.
